Engineered Acoustical Products
Our fiber engineered products are an acoustical solution to reduce engine and vehicle noise. Composite materials are light weight, durable, and easy to install. We use a wide range of materials such as fiberglass, foam, resonated cotton and much more.
Combined Thermal and Acoustical Shielding
By combining thermally molded materials with foil, we are able to maximize high temperature insulation and noise suppression. Foil is available in perforated, embossed, and scrim material. All types of foil are available in varying thicknesses.
Thermal Protection Products
Midwest Acoust-A-Fiber custom designs each heat shield to exacting specifications to meet the performance standards of each customer's product. These can be found in a range of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and aluminized steel.
Engine and Battery Covers
We also offer acoustical and thermal solutions in the form of engine and battery covers.By combining high quality material with proven processes, we produce parts that can withstand high temperatures and reduce noise. For electric vehicles, containing the heat by the battery increases the efficiency.

Open Positions
Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Tech job duties would include the preventive maintenance and repairing and maintaining equipment and machinery and evaluating maintenance needs and problems and making recommendations concerning a course of action. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality Assurance teams on a daily basis.
Production Associate
Production Associate job duties would include the observation of machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions. Being able to report any needed maintenance or operational difficulties. Stack, mark, and/or package parts as directed and properly fill out and understand labor tickets and labels as directed.
Material Handler
Material Handlers deliver raw materials to and remove finished good from production area(s) and arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by production workers. They use computers to enter records and Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications. Drives vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant. Picks up items from several locations for shipment.
We host open interviews every Wednesday from 10am-12pm.
